But "9" has not been available for years. OCR is possible with the Acrobat product line so, yes Acrobat 9 Pro provides OCR. Currenty Adobe markets the Acrobat XI product family. As well Adobe stopped selling the Acrobat 9 family when Acrobat X was released several years ago.
